3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered based on your location.
Standard delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, natural events, or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Divyaayur is not liable for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but returns or replacements can be requested per our Refund & Return Policy.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund & Return Policy governs returns, refunds, and replacements.
Customers must report any damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. In case of stock shortages, we will notify you promptly and provide alternatives or refunds.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must check the products upon delivery and notify Divyaayur immediately in case of issues.
Customers are advised to store products as per the guidelines on packaging to maintain quality and effectiveness.
