Refund & Return Policy

Divyaayur Natural Private Limited values your trust and satisfaction. We ensure that every product delivered to you is carefully checked, packed, and shipped with utmost care. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.

1. Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals, labels, and invoices intact.

• Returns will not be accepted if the product is:

  • Used, opened, or tampered with

  • Damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Returned without original packaging or invoice

2. Refunds

• Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team, we will initiate a refund within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used during purchase.

• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account (details to be provided at the time of return request).

• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

3. Replacement

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will replace it at no additional cost.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Certain categories of products are not eligible for return or refund, including:

• Opened or used wellness/personal care products

• Products bought under special offers, clearance, or discounts

• Gift cards or vouchers

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.

• Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled.
